MR PORTER Launches Second Mr P. Collection Taking inspiration from L.A. in the 1960s.

Mr Porter Launches Second Mr P Collection
After launching its own Mr P. line last year, MR PORTER has now returned with the brand’s second collection. For the Spring/Summer 2018 capsule, MR PORTER has taken inspiration from 1960s Los Angeles, and artists including Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein who were associated with the city at that time.
Similar to the first release, the new capsule features a range of essentials. The standout pieces in this release include an M65 khaki field jacket, herringbone wide-leg chinos and a five-gauge cotton two-tone knit. The L.A. influence is referenced in themes such as relaxed tailoring, laidback sportswear and a color palette of washed out and bleached tones. Most of the pieces were made in Italy, while other pieces were produced in Portugal and the denim and patchwork fabrics coming from Japan. The full collection is set to make its way on to the MR PORTER web store on February 13.
In other fashion news, Snow Peak has revealed its Fall/Winter 2018 lookbook.
