NEIGHBORHOOD Honors Walter White With 'Breaking Bad' Collaboration Walter White’s Vamonos Pest jacket, thematic T-shirts and that symbolic pink teddy bear.

'Breaking Bad' x NEIGHBORHOOD Apparel Collaboration Drop clothing japan november 23 el camino movie walter white pink bear
Though it isn’t the only collaboration to roll out in line with the timing of the recent Breaking Bad spin-off film, El Camino, fans have been anticipating NEIGHBORHOOD‘s collaboration since it was teased in October. Though the collection was teased only after the film began streaming on Netflix, it matters not; NEIGHBORHOOD’s offering focuses entirely on the original Breaking Bad series, honoring various motifs seen throughout the classic TV show.
NEIGHBORHOOD’s usual militaristic and workwear output is swapped for a series of goods that stays true to Breaking Bad themes, emphasizing the show over the Japanese brand’s usual touchstones, like chore coats and distressed denim — “THE FILTH AND THE FURY” and “CRAFT WITH PRIDE” verbiage remains however. From jackets inspired by the Vamonos Pest uniforms worn by Walter White and Jesse Pinkman to various graphic T-shirts that draw from Breaking Bad quotes (including the iconic “Fuck you”), designs draw from a variety of the show’s most recognizable moments and images.
These range from an early season headshot of White (complete with a full head of hair) to the moment he jumps in the pool to salvage his burning cash. Elsewhere, a sweater and pant set showcase the Breaking Bad title card, while a hoodie sports a still of White drying his ill-gotten cash. Perhaps the key piece of the collection is the small pink teddy bear, complete with missing eye and evidence bag, that has driven so much fan speculation over the years.
Look for the Breaking Bad goods to drop on NEIGHBORHOOD’s web store and at select stockists on November 23.
Most recently, NEIGHBORHOOD rejoined Billionaire Boys Club for another range of collaborative goods.
