Grand Seiko Celebrates the 9F's 25th Anniversary With Two Limited Edition Watches Available in all-steel and steel and gold versions.

Grand Seiko 9F 25th Anniversary Limited Edition Watch
Late last year, Seiko introduced the “Black Series” to the Prospex Sea collection, rejuvenating one of its popular lines. Now, the watchmaker continues to deliver new spins on old favorites by celebrating the 25th anniversary of the 9F with a limited-edition commemorative timepiece.
Available in two separate cases and bracelet builds, the 25th Anniversary 9F features designs based on the original 1993 9F quartz Grand Seiko and the 1967 Grand Seiko 44GS. Since its 1993, the 9F has embodied the best and most advanced craftsmanship Seiko has to offer; with this latest watch, Seiko is opening up a new chapter in the item’s storied history. The 9F represents a significant step in Seiko’s evolution, so expect this one to catch the eye of many experienced collectors.
You can check out the 25th-anniversary editions of the Grand Seiko 9F above, and head on over to Seiko’s official website for more information. The all steel version is limited to 1500 models and will retail for $3,400 USD, while the steel and gold iteration is limited to 600 units and is set to hit the marketplace for $4,800 USD.
Earlier this week, BAPE also unveiled a new version of the BAPEX Type 1 watch.
